Animal Telepathy

Animal telepathy is an intuitive form of communication that can offer insight into your animal's feelings, needs and experiences. It may help strengthen the loving bond you already share.

Meet Larissa
Reiki healer and Animal Communicator

My name is Larissa King, a Lancashire lass, born and raised in the UK. Animals have always been a central part of my life. From a young age, I felt naturally drawn to domestic animals and found that I could understand and connect with them in a quiet, instinctive way.

As life moved on, I followed the path many of us are encouraged to take: building a professional working life and career. In 2016, I opened my own dog grooming studio on the high street. I was proud to run my business and spent ten years working closely with dogs and their families. Grooming gave me a valuable understanding of animals, their individual personalities, body language, sensitivities and the trust they place in us.

In 2026, after experiencing burnout through being so passionate about my work, I moved my salon to a home setting. This allowed me to slow down, reflect and give more attention to a calling I had felt for many years: animal communication and healing.

For me, this work is a heartfelt thank you to the animal kingdom. Animals give so much of themselves, often selflessly, every day. They are not simply pets or companions; they are highly aware, emotionally intelligent beings with their own experiences, preferences and wisdom.

Through Animal Focus, I offer remote animal healing, Reiki and communication sessions with care, respect and professionalism. I believe energy is all around us, much like the air we breathe. We may not always see it, but we can become more aware of its presence and potential.

My sessions provide a peaceful opportunity to explore spiritual animal healing and connection, wherever you are in Lancashire or across the UK.

My Healing Approach

Every session at Animal Focus is currently carried out remotely, allowing you and your animal to remain settled in familiar surroundings. I work with focused intention, compassion and respect for consent.

I am trained in:

  • Usui Reiki
  • Karuna Reiki
  • Angelic Reiki

I believe energy is not limited by distance or time. Remote sessions can therefore be shared with clients throughout Lancashire, the UK and beyond.

Who I Work With

I work with people and domestic animals including horses, dogs, cats, birds and other companion animals. Yard visits may be available in Lancashire for horse sessions where three or more horses are booked together.

Healing can also be directed towards future events or situations, such as moving home, a change in work, a new role or an important decision. The intention is never to control an outcome, but to support the best and most aligned possible path for you.

Healing Services  Animal Communication

"I have had the privilege of knowing Larissa for several years through the animal communication readings she has done for four of my beloved cats. These included my soul cat, Kyle, who has since passed away, my current cat Kaleb (my resident goofball!), my ginger cat Molly, and even a lost kitty.

Each experience was nothing short of remarkable. Larissa consistently shared information that was incredibly accurate, including details I had never disclosed to her. What touched me most was how perfectly each cat's unique personality came through during the readings. It felt as though she truly connected with them on a deeper level.

In addition to her gift as an animal communicator, Larissa is also a Reiki Master who has provided healing energy to my cats with great care and compassion.

Larissa brings warmth, kindness, empathy, and profound wisdom to everything she does. Her genuine love for both animals and people shines through in every interaction.

I wholeheartedly recommend Larissa to anyone seeking guidance, healing, or a deeper connection with their animal companions.

Larissa, thank you for the beautiful work you do. May you continue to touch the lives of both humans and animals with your extraordinary gifts.

With gratitude and blessings"

What I Need to Know / Requirements

When you book an animal communication or healing session, I ask that you send :

  • A clear photograph of the person or animal receiving the session. A current home address or location is also required, as this helps me and my spiritual guides focus the session appropriately.
  • Photographs and locations are also requested when communication is sought with a pet that has passed over. I understand that this can be a deeply emotional experience, and all such enquiries are approached with compassion, dignity and care.
  • For healing sessions, a consent form must be completed before the appointment. Consent is an important part of my practice and helps ensure that clear guidelines are understood by everyone involved.
  • Please disclose any diagnosed illness, health concern, injury, surgery or current treatment for yourself or your animal. If there has been recent surgery, including fractures or significant procedures, adequate time must be allowed for initial healing before Reiki is considered.
  • I ask that you wait approximately seven to ten days after surgery and seek approval from your doctor or vet before booking alternative therapy such as Reiki. Reiki is intended as a complementary wellbeing practice and should never replace veterinary advice, medical treatment, medication or rehabilitation.
  • Serious health conditions, including cancer diagnoses, must always be disclosed. This allows the session to be approached with appropriate care and intention. My role is to offer supportive energy alongside professional medical or veterinary care, not to diagnose, treat or cure illness.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you consent to the energy exchange and that you agree to be available in a calm, safe environment at your chosen appointment time.

For the best possible experience, please ensure that you or your animal are relaxed, comfortable and in a safe, quiet location.
